H.E. Ambassador Khadra Ahmed Duale serves as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Somalia to Switzerland and Austria, and as the Permanent Representative of Somalia to the United Nations Office at Geneva and other International Organizations, including the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna.
Ambassador Duale brings extensive experience in international diplomacy and multilateral affairs to her role. She is committed to advancing Somalia's strategic interests in the international arena, strengthening bilateral relations with Switzerland and Austria, and engaging constructively with the United Nations and its specialized agencies.
Since assuming office, Ambassador Duale has been active in Somalia's participation in key UN forums including the Human Rights Council, and has been instrumental in deepening Somalia's engagement with international organizations on issues of peace, security, humanitarian action, and sustainable development.

Swiss Confederation — Bern
H.E. Ambassador Khadra Ahmed Duale officially presented her Letters of Credence to H.E. Karin Keller-Sutter, President of the Swiss Confederation, marking a new chapter of strengthened bilateral relations.
International Atomic Energy Agency — Vienna
Ambassador Duale presented her credentials to IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi in Vienna, highlighting the strong ties between Somalia and the IAEA and cooperation on peaceful uses of nuclear energy.
